Typically, we can lend up to 75% on non-owner occupied real estate and have access to some programs where we can go up to 80% LTV on owner occupied as well as non-owner occupied real estate. The equity in the property is the primary consideration unlike with many conventional or sub-prime lenders who use the borrower's credit as the primary decision factor. Another staple of our lending business are commercial real estate loans. As with residential, we can only lend on California real estate. We can lend on property in amounts from $100k up to $10MM anywhere in the state. Loan fundings can take place in as little as 5 days.
